Privacy policy

This policy explains how GMVP (operating at gmg-voip.site) collects, uses, and stores data when you register, verify a business identity, use prepaid Cloud PBX/VoIP, and pay through QRIS or other channels we enable.

Data we process

• Account identity: name, email, company name, SIP/extension number.
• Business verification: legal entity name, tax ID, business license, address, PIC data, and supporting documents (ID/tax/license or equivalent) that you upload.
• Operational data: CDRs, plan quotas, prepaid balance, invoices, and payment history.
• Login session data and portal audit trails.

Purpose of use

Data is used to provide VoIP/PBX service, bill subscription and usage, process prepaid top-ups, prevent abuse, review verification, and meet Indonesian tax/payment obligations.

Payments

Payments may go through QRIS (including the GMVP gateway) or other providers configured by an admin. We store transaction references, amounts, status, and data needed for reconciliation. We do not store full card numbers.

Document storage

Verification documents are stored outside the public folder and can be accessed only by the account owner and reviewing admin/manager staff. Upload only documents you own or are authorized to submit.

Sharing

Data may be shared with payment gateways, operators/PBX, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell customer data.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile, resubmit documents if an application is rejected, and open a CS ticket. Deletion requests are processed as long as they do not conflict with invoice record-keeping and audit duties.
