Terms of service

By registering or signing in to the GMVP portal at gmg-voip.site, you agree to these terms. Services include Cloud PBX, prepaid SIP trunk/VoIP, subscription plans, and operational support.

Accounts and registration

• Self-registration is for the customer role only. Internal roles are created by an admin.
• You must provide accurate data and keep your password confidential.
• Registration requires agreement to the Terms of service and Privacy policy.

Identity and business verification

New customer accounts are unverified. Until an admin or manager verifies the account, you cannot top up any balance. Applications include legal-entity data, a PIC, and supporting documents. Reviewing staff are recorded (who and when).

Account status

• Verified — normal operations according to the plan and balance.
• Suspended — investigation. You can still sign in to view status and tickets, but top-ups and credit actions are blocked; outbound calls may be disabled.
• Permanently blocked — sign-in is refused entirely.

Plans, quotas, and fees

Plans include a name, subscription price, tax/MDR (if configured), period, usage quota, and service coverage. A quota reset by an admin/manager only refills the remaining quota for the current period. Usage charges are not deleted and still accumulate on invoices.

Prepaid balance and invoices

A top-up adds prepaid balance after a successful payment (QRIS or another channel). Subscription invoices (recurring plus unbilled usage) are issued separately. Late payment or a zero balance can restrict outbound calls.

Payments

You are responsible for completing payment using the unique QRIS/VA amount shown. Transfers to an account/QR that does not match the GMVP reference are not credited automatically.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for fraud, network abuse, call spam, or illegal activity. Violations can lead to suspension or a permanent block without refund of unused balance, according to investigation policy.

Changes

GMVP may update these terms. Continued use after a change is announced on the site is treated as agreement. Questions: [email protected].
